When you fill in the form, the message comes straight to me. There is no call centre, no sales team and no automatic reply in between. If you pick the right subject, the first conversation moves faster.

I don't publish my phone number or my email address on the site; I keep contact on the form so that every message that arrives has a record. If there is something worth meeting about, we'll be on the phone by the first reply anyway.

How long a reply takes

I read messages on working days and reply to most enquiries within two working days. If you haven't heard back, don't hesitate to fill the form in again — it may simply have been missed.
